HIAs included in the PHW database are shared for information and illustrative purposes only. The inclusion of a HIA does not indicate that it has been quality assured or approved by PHW, or that it meets any specific standards, guidance, or statutory requirements, including the requirements of the Health Impact Assessment (Wales) Regulations 2025. HIAs in the database should not be relied upon as definitive or authoritative examples of what constitutes a strategic decision.
Reports are authored by PHW and a range of other organisations. PHW accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy, methodology, conclusions, and compliance with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
When undertaking a HIA, organisations must consult all relevant legislation and statutory guidance and, where necessary, seek their own legal or other professional advice.
