Urgent Primary Care Centre Pathfinders in Wales: Annex C – developing the national core dataset

The Strategic Programme for Primary Care Wales asked us to develop an evaluation framework for urgent primary care centre pathways which met both local and national needs.
We used an online method called Group Concept Mapping (GCM) to develop the national consensus with participants from geographically spread services who had developed distinct models of urgent primary care.
