This report describes the interfaces between social prescribing, physical and mental health services, and wellbeing activities and community assets. It identifies 5 recommendations intended to inform strategic direction and policy development in relation to social prescribing.

Wellbeing is at the forefront of several national health policies and strategies, playing an essential role in defining the vision and direction for ensuring good health for all, as well as, enabling individuals and communities to thrive and prosper, for both current and future generations.
