International Health Insights brings global evidence and innovation to Wales – helping shape policy, strengthen healthcare, and improve public health outcomes.
Originally launched during the COVID-19 pandemic as International Horizon Scanning, the series supported Wales’s dynamic response and recovery planning. Since 2022, its scope has expanded to cover a wide range of emerging and priority public health topics, commissioned by key stakeholders such as Welsh Government and NHS executive bodies.
