Summary:
The indicators presented cover a range of topics across three domains: People (Health, Education, Financial well-being), Community (Services, Family cohesion, Neighbourhood satisfaction), Structure (Employment, Open environment, built environment). An assets approach identifies factors that support good health and well-being and relies on working locally with communities to improve health. The tool can be used to inform and support this work.
