- Understanding social prescribing in Wales: a mixed methods study 2021– There are multiple models of social prescribing working in Wales with practitioner roles based in places such as local authorities, third sector, housing, higher education, and primary care; and social prescribing activities most commonly based within third sector and community spaces. The aim of this work is to understand the landscape of social prescribing activity across Wales, and where possible, to quantify and describe its functions

- Primary Care Obesity Prevention Action Plan 2022-2024 – This initial two-year action plan, which covers April 2022 – March 2024, is designed to support the implementation of the primary and community care elements of the adult All Wales Weight Management Pathway (AWWMP), in line with the Healthy Weight Healthy Wales (HWHW) Delivery Plan 2022-24.
- All Wales Diabetes Prevention Programme Intervention Protocol 2022 – The All Wales Diabetes Prevention Programme (AWDPP), led by Public Health Wales, offers targeted support to people who are at an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, with the aim of preventing them from developing this condition. This document supports the consistent implementation of the AWDPP.
