Teg I Bawb – Fair for All Strategic Action Plan
Recognising the unique role of Primary Care in addressing health inequalities, the Primary Care Division of Public Health Wales has developed a Strategic Action Plan aimed at all actors and key players within the primary care system in Wales.
The framework has been developed in collaboration with colleagues and communities working in and with primary care across Wales and is underpinned by data and evidence on what works.
Literature reviews, stakeholder engagement and the experts with experience informed the action plan.
