Feedback and Complaints
Quality drives everything we do and for us to continue to improve we’d like to know about your recent experience of using our services.
Listening to what people think, feel, and experience throughout their interaction with us is very important. It helps us to know what we are doing well and where we need to make improvements.
We want to make it as easy as possible for people to share their experiences and feedback with us and there are a number of ways you can do this.
Leave a compliment
Our staff are always happy to receive compliments or messages of thanks when things have gone well. This is useful as it’s important for us to learn from what’s gone well, and we’ll always try to pass on your messages to the team or staff member involved.
Leave us a compliment – Thank you.
Feedback about a service
Leaving feedback is different from making a complaint. Tell us about your experience of using any of the services provided by Public Health Wales – it can be good or bad.
Leave feedback about a service.
Feedback on our Welsh language services
Public Health Wales is a bi-lingual organisation and we aim to offer the best service possible in Welsh and English. We can only do this by continuously improving and learning from your experiences and feedback.
Leave feedback on our Welsh language provision.
Make a complaint or have a concern
Regrettably, there are times when things may not go as planned. Voicing your concern or complaint allows us to investigate what happened and learn from your experiences and improve the services we offer here in Public Health Wales.
