The Shaping Places for Well‑being in Wales programme is a national resource designed to help Public Services Boards use systems thinking approaches as they develop and deliver their well‑being plans. It also supports sharing of learning between Public Services Boards and with partners across the UK.

Emily Woodward-Esseen – Prinicipal Applied Systems Thinking Practitioner
Emily leads on developing systems approach capability in the learning groups and supporting participants and their Public Services Boards to integrate the approach into the delivery of 2023-2028 well-being plans and future well-being assessments and plans.

Liz Goodliffe-Williams – Business Support Officer
Liz provides business and administration support for the programme.

Emma Howells-Davies – Public Health Practitioner
Emma facilitates the delivery of the programme through learning culture development and coaching and mentoring.
