FOI 2024 045 – Midazolam Usage In Relation To COVID
FOI Reference: FOI 2024 045
Date request received: 05/03/2024
Date information is due to be sent: 02/04/2024
Information requested:
- I am requesting the information regarding the number of “Covid-19” patients that received the treatment of the sedative Midazolam both in Care homes & NHS hospitals before their eventual death.
- I am requesting the isolation of the “novel virus” Covid-19 & if Public Health Wales now has an isolated sample.
- I am requesting information of the informed consent given to individuals that are invited for their “vaccination”. Are they now given the long list of potential side effects/post vaccination illness that includes death?
Information provided for the answer:
Thank you for your recent request.
In relation to question 2; Public Health Wales does not have an isolate sample.
In relation to the rest of the request; Public Health Wales do not hold this information.
Public Health Wales is the public health service for Wales and as such is an independent NHS Trust. Therefore, do not have access to this information. As an organisation we have no jurisdiction over the activities of Health Boards and other NHS Wales organisations. This means we frequently do not have access to the data that they produce. I have provided contact details for all the health boards below, you would need to contact them individually for the information they hold.
