Information requested:

  1. I am requesting the information regarding the number of “Covid-19” patients that received the treatment of the sedative Midazolam  both in Care homes & NHS hospitals before their eventual death.

 

  1. I am requesting the isolation of the “novel virus” Covid-19 & if Public Health Wales now has an isolated sample.

 

  1. I am requesting information of the informed consent given to individuals that are invited for their “vaccination”. Are they now given the long list of potential side effects/post vaccination illness that includes death?

In relation to question 2; Public Health Wales does not have an isolate sample.

 

In relation to the rest of the request; Public Health Wales do not hold this information.

As an organisation we have no jurisdiction over the activities of Health Boards and other NHS Wales organisations.
